Patient Feedback

Patient Involvement has been a key initiative of the Department of Health over the last few years to ensure that patients are involved in giving feedback to aid developments in the provision and quality of care they access. We at Christchurch Family Medical Centre are keen to improve our services to patients, and enhance patient involvement.

Patient Reference Group (PRG)

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery, our staff and the care we offer you. To help us with this, we are developing a virtual patient representation group (PRG) so that you can have your say. From time to time, we will ask the members of this representative group some questions, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it should not take too much of your time. If you do not have an email account, but would be interested in receiving information from the practice, we would be more than happy for you to provide us with your address and we can post information to you.

We aim to gather patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
